WWE United States Champion Bobby Lashley is confident he will be World Champion again when the time is right.
Lashley captured his first of two WWE Championships in March 2021, and had a six-month reign before Big E cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase.
His second reign began at the 2022 Royal Rumble but would end the next month at Elimination Chamber, though Lashley was never pinned.
Speaking with Rick Ucchino of the Bleav in Pro Wrestling, Lashley spoke about being the U.S. Champion and the aspirations he has.
“This title is something that is very important to me, because it gives me an opportunity to kind of help raise the roster and help elevate some of the other guys that are on the roster. Do I have another World title run in my future? 100 percent, but right now there’s a lot of things going on.”
Lashley became U.S. Champion with a win over Theory at Money in the Bank 2022.
