Two-time WWE Hall of Famer Booker T has praised Kevin Owens’ work at last weekend’s WrestleMania 38 Premium Live Event.
On April 2, Owens headlined the show with ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin, who beat the Prizefighter in his first match since 2003.
Speaking about the Austin-Owens segment which later became a match on the latest Hall Of Fame podcast, Booker had nothing but praise for both men:
“Just watching how those guys went out there and played that thing out, it was perfect. Kevin Owens, man he deserves an Oscar, he really does, for the work that he put it on that night, I am serious. Kevin Owens, I have said it for a long time now, this guy is one of the best guys on the roster. He is what professional wrestling is.”
Austin was reportedly very happy with the match and has no plans on wrestling again.
