UPDATE: As noted earlier here on eWn, WWE Superstar Jeff Hardy was arrested Saturday morning in Myrtle Beach, SC.
According to the Myrtle Beach Police Department, Hardy was arrested for Public Intoxication and Impairment at 1600 N Ocean Blvd at 11:30AM outside the Hilton by Enclave Resort. According to the police report, Hardy was booked at 12:30 PM. He posted a small $153 bond during the afternoon and was released from custody.
There is an upcoming court date scheduled but the exact date is unknown as of this writing. According to a report by Heelbynature.com, an officer stated that due to it being an ordinance violation, nothing will likely happen since it is a misdemeanor. Hardy could face up to 30 days in jail, but will likely only have to pay a small fine instead.
Jeff was arrested for a DWI last year, following a car accident.
WWE has yet to issue a statement on the arrest.

Jeff was arrested and booked Saturday for public intoxication and impairment in Myrtle Beach, SC. Jeff is currently dealing with a knee injury. He underwent surgery earlier this year and is recovering.
