Bayley suffered an injury at a WWE live event in Salisbury, Maryland on Sunday night.
According to several fans in attendance, the leader of Damage CTRL was involved in a Fatal 4-Way Match with Asuka, Charlotte Flair, and Bianca Belair. The match was stopped after the referee put up the dreaded “X” arm gesture to relay to the back that medical officials were needed. Bayley was helped to the backstage area by WWE’s medical staff due to what is being described as a knee injury.
Several WWE sources are saying that this is a legitimate injury.
