During the opening bout on this week’s episode of WWE NXT 2.0, Cameron Grimes successfully defended his NXT North American Championship against Solo Sikoa.
During a back-and-forth match, both Sikoa and Grimes would secure multiple 2 counts. However following Trick Williams interfering in the match to favor Grimes, the North American Champion would secure the win via pinfall.
Following the conclusion of the match, Williams and the former North American Champion Carmelo Hayes would attack both Sikoa and Grimes.
