Jeff Hardy was arrested in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for being intoxicated in public over the weekend.
TMZ reported on Tuesday that Hardy was passed out in a public stairwell and reeked of booze as well as him admitting to drinking vodka. Although he was facing a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication, he won’t be charged with it.
He has paid a $153 ticket for the incident, which means that his case is considered closed.
