WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair is set to wrestle in his last match when he teams with his son-in-law Andrade El Idolo against Jay Lethal & Jeff Jarrett on Sunday, July 31.
Flair has stated that he wants to do more than just his signature moves in the match. His daughter, Charlotte, will be ringside for the bout.
While speaking with Marc Raimondi of ESPN, it was revealed that Ric wanted to dive from the top rope to the outside in the match, but Charlotte nixed the idea.
“A lot of our men and women in all companies miss those all the time. I was like, ‘No, not needed, not necessary. Wasn’t necessary in your prime, isn’t necessary now. So, no.'”
