Riki Paul Johnson has filed a lawsuit against WWE, Charlotte Flair and WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair, according to TMZ. This is Charlotte’s ex-husband.
In the lawsuit, he claims that Charlotte defamed him in the “Second Nature” book that WWE released on The Flairs in September 2017. He brought how up they wrote negatively about his relationship with Charlotte by stating that they falsely said he is sterile and incapable of fathering children after being married from 2010 to 2011.
Riki is looking to get more than $5 million in damages due to the allegations in the book have humiliated his family, including his three children and has “multiple false allegations physical and/or psychological abuse.” He claims that he prove this with police reports and dash-cam footage. The reason that he included the WWE in the lawsuit was due to them marketing the book. The company issued the following statement:
“We recently received what appears to be a meritless lawsuit and we will vigorously defend ourselves.”
