Chris Jericho has no interest in having Brock Lesnar on his podcast. “Y2J” hosts one of the more famous podcasts within the professional wrestling community, “Talk Is Jericho.” One fan on Twitter tagged several notable podcast hosts, including Jericho, Tom Segura, and Joe Rogan, and campaigned for them to get Brock Lesnar on their program.
Lesnar has only done one podcast in recent memory, that being a special WWE Network podcast taping with WWE Hall Of Famer Stone Cold Steve Austin for his show, “The Steve Austin Show.” However, at UFC 226 this past summer, Lesnar could be heard telling Joe Rogan on commentary he wants to do his podcast.
In regards to a possible appearance on “Talk Is Jericho,” Jericho responded to the fan and made it clear he’s not interested in having “The Beast” on his show:
Not interested. https://t.co/8qoN5WxYtP
Jericho and Lesnar have had their personal issues with each other in the past. Lesnar apparently hit Jericho with stiff shots while working the 2016 Royal Rumble together. Also, Jericho fed Randy Orton the “no enhancements needed” line ahead of their feud at SummerSlam 2016.
Things really got heated during a backstage physical altercation between Lesnar and Jericho at SummerSlam 2016. Lesnar busted Orton open with elbows to end the contest, which infuriated Jericho. Orton was bleeding profusely as a result of the finish. It’s not entirely clear what happened between Lesnar and Jericho backstage, but they definitely had an exchange.
