Cody Rhodes has been a top star in WWE since his return in April of last year, but the ‘American Nightmare’ wishes that Arn Anderson was with him for the ride.
Speaking on the “NotSam Wrestling” podcast, Rhodes spoke highly of Anderson, who he worked with on-screen in AEW. He said,
“I love Arn, miss him. I would move a lot of things and move mountains if the opportunity came up for Arn to show up and come to my aid one more time. I miss Arn greatly. I think had I had Arn at WrestleMania things might have been different. He was just a huge positive force for me there and he’s so fricking smart about what the psychology of a crowd and not enough people go to him… You don’t have to change, but you should at least hear what he’s thinking.“
Rhodes will face Brock Lesnar this weekend at WWE SummerSlam in the third encounter between the two.
Rhodes got the first win of this feud at WWE Backlash while Lesnar won in dominant fashion at WWE Night of Champions.
WWE SummerSlam 2023 will take place on August 5, at Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan.
