FTR’s own Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler kicked off this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite in a singles match with the winner advancing in the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament.
Harwood wound up picking up the win over Wheeler to advance in the tournament. The finish came when Harwood reversed a small package.
Harwood now joins Adam Cole, Kyle O’Reilly, and Samoa Joe as confirmed names in the tournament so far. The finals will be taking place at ‘Double or Nothing’ on May 29th in Las Vegas, Nevada.
