According to a report from PWInsider, Samoa Joe is definitely going to be on Raw this week following the Superstar Shake-up. Joe was backstage at both TV tapings in Montreal this past week but was sick and couldn’t appear.
This is following a report from Dave Meltzer who suggested the same.
The belief is that it’s best to swap the Intercontinental and United States championship between brands rather than have Finn Balor lose the title to a Raw Superstar.
