– After WWE Monday Night RAW went off the air in Sacramento, Finn Balor, Seth Rollins and WWE Intercontinental Champion Dean Ambrose attempted to get The Miz to do his “Because I’m The Miz” line. Moments later, Miz agreed to do so, but they all hit their finishers to him to send the crowd home happy. As we noted earlier on the site, Miz won a Triple Threat Match over Balor and Rollins to become the #1 contender to the Intercontinental Title. There’s still no word yet on when the match will take place.
– Kevin Owens will be getting his Payback rematch from new WWE United States Champion Chris Jericho on tonight’s episode of SmackDown Live from Fresno. He tweeted out the following about the match after it was announced on Monday’s RAW:
“Tomorrow night, I take back what was stolen from me. I take back what is rightfully mine as #TheFaceOfAmerica. I take back MY #USTitle.”
