Yesterday during his match at Crown Jewel, Triple H suffered an injury to his pectoral muscle. The injury happened early on in the match when Hunter was tossed out of the ring. Everything he did during the match looked awkward, as he couldn’t lift up his arm too well.
WWE officially confirmed that “The Game” suffered the injury during the match. Despite WWE traveling to Europe for their tour, Triple H is on his way back to the United States. He will undergo surgery to repair the damage sustained during the bout. This could possibly affect Triple H’s plans for WrestleMania.
It was seemingly planned for Triple H to work a program with Batista at WrestleMania 35. This is something “The Animal” has wanted for quite some time, and it was teased during SmackDown 1000 last month. With Triple H sustaining his pectoral injury, and WrestleMania being only five months away, the match is looking very much in doubt.
