AEW star Jeff Hardy could be imprisoned for up to five years after being arrested and charged with another DUI.
This past weekend, Hardy was arrested in Volusia County, Florida, and has been charged with three felonies.
The former WWE World Champion was booked into the jail at 12:45 am (June 13) on charges of Driving While License Canceled/Suspended/Revoked, Violation of Restrictions Placed on Drivers License, and DUI Alcohol/Drugs Third Offense within 10 Years.
If convicted of the DUI offense, Hardy could face serious prison time.
Since a 3rd DUI offense within 10 years is considered a Felony in Florida, Jeff could face any or all of the following punishments:
Hardy had been out with his brother Matt earlier in the night.
AEW President Tony Khan has not issued a statement regarding Hardy at this time.
