Jeff Hardy Enters Not Guilty Plea For Felony DUI Charges

AEW star Jeff Hardy has officially entered a plea of not guilty for his DUI arrest that took place back on June 13th.

As you know by now, Hardy was arrested for charges of DUI (Alcohol or Drugs), third offense within 10 years, driving while license canceled/suspended/revoked, and violation of restrictions placed on a driver’s license.

On June 28, Jeff Hardy officially entered a plea of not guilty with the court.

Hardy will be arraigned on July 5th at 2:30 PM EST. The most serious charge of DUI, third offense within 10 years is a felony and is punishable by up to five years in prison.

Jeff Hardy is currently out of jail on $3,500 bond. He reportedly entered a rehab facility back on June 21st, and is currently suspended indefinitely without pay from AEW. He will only be able to return after he completes his treatment program and maintains his sobriety.
