Jeff Hardy has been charged with Driving While License Canceled/Suspended/Revoked, Violation of Restrictions Placed on Drivers License, and DUI Alcohol/Drugs Third Offense Within 10 Years.
AEW President Tony Khan stated that Hardy was in rehab shortly after the arrest and has been suspended indefinitely.
Pwinsider.com reported that Hardy has a pre-trial hearing for his DUI-related charges in Florida on October 19th. Hardy’s attorneys previously waived his right to a speedy trial and requested a hearing set for July be pushed back.
Per the report, “Hardy is still officially with AEW, but is not expected to return from his suspension until his legal matters are cleared up and he’s shown he can maintain sobriety. “
