Jimmy Uso, a.k.a. Jonathan Fatu, was in court on Wednesday for trial in Escambia County, FL, according to WEAR-TV. This comes after Uso was arrested for a DUI back in July.
Per the arrest report, an off duty officer told deputies that a vehicle was traveling at 100 miles per hour and drifting in and out of lanes. It was also noted that Uso had a drunken altercation with the police officer.
At the time, WWE had issued the following statement:
“Jonathan Fatu is responsible for his own personal actions.”
