During this week’s episode of AEW Dark: Elevation, Joey Janela turned on his tag team partner Sonny Kiss.
During the show, Kiss and Janela came to the ring for their match, but Janela turned heel and superkicked Kiss. Janela then attacked Darren Black and DMZ, who came out of the ring to help Kiss.
Following the show, Kiss took to Twitter and said,
“Guess I shouldn’t be too surprised, right?!”
