Its been a busy past few months for ex-WWE star Jon Moxley, and it seems to be catching up with him physically. After putting on several great matches at the G1 Climax tournament, Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Moxley is dealing with an injury.
The injury is described as “some kind of an elbow injury.” Meltzer noted it might be an infection he got while in Japan. Moxley did work shows over the weekend for Northeast Wrestling, however, all but one of his matches were turned into tags.
Moxley insisted on keeping his singles match with Pentagon Jr. but was careful not to bump on the elbow. We’ll keep you updated as more information becomes available.
