Kazuchika Okada Defeats Will Ospreay In Ospreay’s Last NJPW Singles Match

Will Ospreay came up short against Kazuchika Okada at the NJPW ‘Battle in the Valley’ event, in the British wrestler’s last singles match for New Japan Pro Wrestling.

With the victory, Okada is now 8-2 against Ospreay after defeating the Aerial Assassin in the main event of the show.

After the bout, David Finlay, Alex Coughlin, Clark Conners, & Gabe Kidd attacked Okada and Ospreay. TJP, Jeff Cobb, and Eddie Kingston made the save.

Ospreay then grabbed the mic and thanked the fans for their ‘Thank You Ospreay’ chants and said he was blessed to face Okada in his last NJPW singles match.

Ospreay’s final NJPW match will be on February 11 and will see the United Empire face the Bullet Club in a cage match.
