While many believe that Roman Reigns will eventually join his cousin The Rock in Hollywood, Konnan thinks fans should keep an eye on a different SmackDown Superstar.
The Rock is the most successful name to transition from the ring to the silver screen and has been followed by the likes of John Cena and Dave Bautista.
On his K100 podcast, Konnan predicted that Karrion Kross will be the next to join them.
“[Karrion Kross has] obviously got a good mind for the business. When I met him, he had a very high wrestling IQ for somebody that had been in the business for that little time. I knew he was going to be a star and he is going to be a star and I think he will go to Hollywood one day, much like Batista and Cena, you know, and The Rock did.”
Kross was released from WWE in 2021 but returned with his wife Scarlett last year and has prominently featured on SmackDown ever since.
In 2013, the future two-time NXT Champion featured in a TV series called Before the Dark.
