On a recent edition of his “Keepin’ It 100” podcast, AAA booker Konnan pitched a match between AEW’s Wardlow and WWE’s Bron Breakker in NXT. He said,
“I wouldn’t mind, instead of booking him like Bron Breakker just bringing him in against Bron Breakker.”
Wardlow returned to AEW last night on Dynamite after being off television since June.
On a recent edition of the “WrestleBinge” podcast, Rob Van Dam stated that he’d like a rematch with Jack Perry and named some other potential opponents in AEW. He said,
“I need a rematch with Jungle Boy. I’d like to work with Chris Jericho, Christian too. [Sting] would be cool, I don’t know how Sting’s feeling and stuff… But a lot of the guys, it’s cool working with Hook, Taz’s son too.”
