WrestleVotes sent out a report on Monday evening noting that no one knew what they were doing until after 5:00 pm EST for Raw.
According to Dave Meltzer on today’s episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, the Raw creative team didn’t have anything “final” ready until two o’clock in the afternoon yesterday (Sept. 28) and it was a “last-minute rewrite.”
Raw Underground was also completely absent from last night’s show.
