Former WWE Superstar Maven Huffman would be thrilled if WWE wanted to discuss a spot in the Royal Rumble match, but he’s yet to be called.
On a recent edition of the “Cafe de Rene” podcast, Maven was asked about the Royal Rumble and discussed the possibility of a return. He said,
”If it’s happening, I haven’t got the call yet. I know people would like me, ‘It’d be a great spot.’ I haven’t got the call yet, I haven’t heard anything.”
Maven’s biggest Royal Rumble moment came in the 2002 match when he eliminated The Undertaker, who would get his revenge by assaulting Maven around the arena.
The following year, Maven would dropkick The Undertaker again, though failed to eliminate him and would promptly be thrown out by the Deadman.
These two matches mark Maven’s only Royal Rumble appearances. He lasted a combined 11:53 in the match and has one elimination to his name.
