A new report by Fightful Select has given more insight into the “mutual” departure between WWE and Adnan Virk.
The company was hoping to keep things amicable. Both sides “were very aware that the situation wasn’t working out, and it appeared they knew it early on.”
WWE was going to make the move and had their mind made up even before May 24th. It was added that there was a replacement in order as of Tuesday, but it still remains unknown who will replace Virk as the lead announcer on RAW.
