We reported earlier today here on eWn that Jun Akiyama will be working as a “Guest Coach” at the WWE Performance Center from May 12th – 22nd. According to reports, Akiyama and Triple H have been in talks since last June. There were some rumors that WWE and AJPW might work together for NXT Japan.
According to a tweet from All Japan Pro Wrestling, Akiyama will meet with Triple H, tour the facility, and work with talent. He will also be at the NXT TV tapings.
As reported last week here on eWn, Rudy Boy Gonzalez worked as a “Guest Coach” for the WWE Performance Center last week. Nick Foti was also a “Guest Coach”.
