— Jim Ross tweeted the following regarding the possibility of CM Punk returning on RAW Monday night in Chicago, IL.
“55/45 he’ll be there.”
As we reported earlier, he’s rumored to be there but we simply don’t have it confirmed as of this writing. We can’t stress that enough. We should know more tomorrow as only a very select few people in WWE are “in the know” regarding CM Punk’s WWE status. It’s a situation that involves Vince McMahon and CM Punk as they’ve been the two guys talking with each other and those talks only seemed to start back up within the last few weeks. As of early last month, the two sides hadn’t been in contact and Punk wasn’t answering phone calls. We’ll have a major update on this shortly. Stay tuned.
