Dave Meltzer reported in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that although WWE had been pushing a feud between Bobby Lashley & Lana vs. Rusev & Liv Morgan hard, the men were more or less dropped from the storyline.
Rusev hasn’t been seen on television since the storyline was dropped. It was noted in the report that Rusev was pulled from television due to an ongoing contract dispute with WWE.
Rusev got people talking last month when he wrote on his Twitter profile that he is “soon to be a free agent.”
