UPDATE: Nia Jax tweeted the following on Friday, after rumors surfaced (see below) that there was backstage heat on her over a spot with R-Truth at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view event. WWE Hall of Famer Jerry Lawler, who was backstage at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view event, confirmed during his latest podcast that R-Truth was pissed off when he got backstage after the match and “went looking for” Nia Jax. Nia said, “Hahahaha!!!! You guys STAY talking about me!! Well since it’s super cold outside give me ALL THE HEAT.”

ORIGINAL eWn REPORT: Last weekend at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view (PPV), Nia Jax attacked R-Truth as he entered at the 30th spot of the Men’s Royal Rumble match. She took his place, eliminating Mustafa Ali, before being eliminated herself after being attacked by Randy Orton, Rey Mysterio, and Dolph Ziggler. However, it looks like there is some legitimate heat between R-Truth and Nia Jax.
WWE Hall Of Famer Jerry “The King” Lawler said on the latest episode of his podcast, “Dinner With The King,” there is some real heat between Jax and Truth:
“This got real heat for real. She blasted poor R-Truth and knocked him face-first into that wall,” said Lawler. “He was hot, for real hot. They were having to hold him back there. She made it look good.”
