MJF has been absent from AEW television since Worlds End 2023 when he lost the AEW World Championship to Samoa Joe and was betrayed by “The Devil” Adam Cole.
Pwinsider is reporting that MJF is not expected to appear on tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite: Homecoming.
MJF, despite dealing with injuries, is currently vacationing in Costa Rica, a significant distance from Jacksonville, FL.
There has been some speculation about MJF’s contract status after his profile picture was removed from the official roster on AEW’s website.
