WWE women’s wrestler Paige has been pulled from next week’s overseas tour of New Zealand and Australia. As of this writing, there is no word on why she was pulled from the tour. Paige was originally scheduled to team with Sasha Banks to take on the team of Dana and Charlotte. The match is now being advertised as a handicap match.
According to sources, there was a lot of talk backstage at the WWE SmackDown TV tapings regarding the rough travel in getting to Nashville, TN for SmackDown. Several Superstars had their flights delayed on Monday following RAW which caused some of them to arrive late to Tuesday night’s WWE SmackDown tapings.
