Rare Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson Card Sells For $14,000

In a report provided by TMZ.com, a very rare football card featuring Dwayne Johnson has sold for just under $14,000. The card is from his time as a college player for the University of Miami.

When Johnson played college football in 1994, Bumble Bee produced a set of football cards featuring players from the team, such as Warren Sapp and Ray Lewis. The 24-card sheet was released during the Orange Bowl, which happened on a rainy day. Because of this, most people who were given these cards threw them out and didn’t keep them. However, for the few that did keep the cards, a little less than fifty Dwayne Johnson cards were produced with the value (in MINT condition) being at or around $14,000.
