According to a report from Wrestling Observer radio, the “broken nose” injury Aliyah suffered on NXT is a work to cover surgery. While she will be undergoing surgery on her nose in the coming weeks, she did not suffer a legitimate broken nose on NXT.
As of this writing, it’s not clear if there’s an issue with her nose or whether it’s for plastic surgery. The angle was reportedly planned well in advance.
