According to a report from SoCal Uncensored, Joey Ryan recently turned down an AEW contract offer. Ryan was believed to be heading to AEW.
In recent months, Ryan has appeared on the “Being the Elite” YouTube.com series and was a big part of “All In.” With that being said, WWE has been interested in Ryan, possibly as a way to keep him away from AEW. Ryan has been on Twitter recently, promoting a “farewell tour” on the indies. He’s scheduled to make an announcement on his wrestling future at a “Bar Wrestling” event this Thursday.
