UPDATE: Maria Kanellis is legitimately pregnant. According to reports, she and Mike Kanellis did not inform WWE of the news until after they signed their new five year contracts with the company last month.
ORIGINAL: As seen during Monday night’s WWE RAW broadcast, Maria and Mike Kanellis appeared and lost a mixed tag-team match to Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch. Maria Kanellis avoided getting attacked by Lynch by revealing that she was pregnant. Mike Kanellis asked how she could be pregnant and Maria replied to her real-life husband with the following, “I don’t know because I don’t think you’re man enough to get me pregnant!”
According to reports, the angle was an absolute burial of Kanellis and as Bryan Alverez said, “They just signed a five-year deal. They could’ve signed a 50-year deal, and I don’t think you’re ever going to make a dime off Kanellis from here on out. Like what was that?”
