Pwinsider reported on Tuesday that former WWE NXT Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley’s work visa recently expired and she has returned to Australia.
She must be in the country in order to renew it. It’s unknown when she will be able to return to the United States to work due to the ongoing situation with the global Coronavirus pandemic.
As of this writing, there’s no word yet on whether this issue played a role in her dropping the WWE NXT Women’s Championship to Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 36.
