Robert Roode made his return to WWE during the main event of RAW this week, challenging Drew McIntyre for the WWE Championship. This was his first WWE appearance since the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view event. Roode and McIntyre had a fairly long match but McIntyre wound up getting the win and retaining his championship in the end.
Roode has been off WWE TV in recent months due to travel restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
