During the main event of Friday night’s ROH Final Battle 2023 pay-per-view event, Athena successfully defended the ROH Women’s World Championship against Billie Starkz.
Starkz and Athena hugged after the match, and the champion raised the challenger’s hand as a show of respect.
Athena has held the ROH Women’s World Championship for 371 days, having won the title from Mercedes Martinez at Final Battle 2022.

During Friday’s ROH Final Battle 2023 pay-per-view event, Kyle Fletcher defeated Komander, Lee Johnson, Lee Moriarty, Dalton Castle, and Bryan Keith to win the ROH World Television Championship.
Former ROH World Champion Samoa Joe vacated the title on the November 8th episode of AEW Dynamite in order to chase MJF’s AEW World Championship.
The victory marks Fletcher’s maiden run with the title and his second title reign in ROH. He previously held the ROH World Tag Team Championships with Mark Davis from July 21st to August 27th of this year.
