ROH just tweeted out the following, noting that Marty Scurll and the promotion have parted ways. They did not wish him well in their tweet.
In January 2020, Scurll signed a multi-year contract with ROH and was the head booker of the company. During the Speaking Out movement, he was accused of assaulting a 16-year-old girl who was inebriated. He later denied those allegations. Ring of Honor announced that they had launched an investigation into the allegations back in June.
Scurll wasn’t part of the recent TV tapings and hasn’t been booking ROH TV since the allegations surfaced.
