Rumor: Several Superstars Want Out Of Their WWE Contracts

Joe Lanza of Voices of Wrestling is reporting that several WWE Superstars are looking to obtain their releases from the sports entertainment company after Neville allegedly quit.

According to the report, Cody Rhodes, who quit the WWE last year and made it big on the indies, is doing very well and other Superstars may want to follow his footsteps. Rhodes has worked in some of the biggest matches in NJPW (New Japan Pro Wrestling) and is the current Ring of Honor World Heavyweight Champion.

“He doesn’t have any plans on going back to the WWE anytime soon. There are wrestlers in the WWE going to him, getting advice on their own exit plans from the company. I know this for a fact. I can’t give you the names, but there’s wrestlers who go to him for advice on how to leave the company.”

It should be noted that although Lanza didn’t name any names, he mentioned that some are very unhappy with their spot in the company and are considering asking for their releases.
