Sonya Deville has had a temporary protection injunction against Phillip A. Thomas II since last year.
Thomas, the man who tried to abduct her in her home last summer, invoked his Fifth Amendment right to remain silent.
He has been charged with Attempted Armed Kidnapping, Criminal Mischief, Armed Burglary of a Dwelling, and Aggravated Stalking.
Wrestling Inc reports Thomas has been found incompetent to stand trial and is awaiting transfer to Florida State Hospital in Chattahoochee, Florida.
