PWinsider.com is reporting Rusev is in Dayton, Ohio and will be backstage at tonight’s SmackDown TV event. There’s still no word yet on if he will be appearing on tonight’s show.
Rusev, who has been out of action since March after undergoing shoulder surgery, was cleared by WWE doctors last week to return to in-ring action.
