On the 7th and 8th of January 2020, The Revival (Scott Dawson & Dash Wilder) filed trademarks with the USPTO on ‘Shatter Machine’ and ‘#FTRKO’.
Both terms are filed for use in merchandise. However, ‘Shatter Machine’ is also filed for use in entertainment services (professional wrestling and sports entertainment).
As previously noted here on eWN, Dash Wilder filed for the trademark ‘#FTR’ in January 2019.
