WWE recently announced that RAW will air live on Christmas Night and New Year’s Night this year for the first time ever. PWInsider announced that the December 25th RAW and the December 26th SmackDown will probably take place from the Allstate Arena. This would mark the first time WWE ran a live show on Christmas Day since 1986. In regards to the New Year’s RAW, there has been talk of having it in Miami, with SmackDown taking place in Tampa the following day. There were also talks of having both RAW and SmackDown in Orlando that same week. No decision has been made yet.
