Update on The Changes To Nielsen’s Rating System, Top 10 NXT Moments, Rousey Video

Ronda Rousey posted a new vlog today, showing off her bargain garden:

You can check out the “Top 10 Moments” from last night’s WWE NXT broadcast:

Nielsen, the company that handles ratings data for broadcast and cable stations, was originally planning on launching a new system to measure viewership in the September timeframe, but recently noted that it will be delayed until January due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Under the new system, Nielsen will now take public settings, such as bars, restaurants and airports into account when reporting on these figures. This is expected to lead to as much as a 15% increase, if not more, in viewership numbers for sports programming including wrestling. Critics have argued against the accuracy of such measurement since it will be difficult to tell who exactly is watching and who isn’t when a game is simply being aired on a TV in an airport or bar. However, the change in reporting will mean millions and perhaps even billions of dollars to the networks and some are said to be furious at this delay as they were expecting major increases for the fall season of shows.
