New footage has emerged from the arrest of Jimmy Uso for driving under the influence last year.
In July 2021, Uso was arrested after speeding and going through a red light, and a breathalyzer test determined he was over the legal limit to drive.
In the new footage, Uso can be seen confronting a police officer who wishes him luck on his sobriety test, saying he hopes he beats it ‘this time’ seemingly a reference to Usos’s previous DUIs. He responds saying:
“Are you serious?! Are you serious?! Why would you say that? I just — it’s all good.”
Uso later confronts the same officer:
“You’re an a***hole. You’re the one that’s worse. You had a remark — you made a remark you shouldn’t have did.”
The cop apologizes for his comment and Uso later cooperates.
Despite fan backlash calling for his release, Uso would win the SmackDown Tag Titles that same month which he continues to hold.
The titles will be unified with the RAW Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania: Backlash.
