As seen during the main event of last night’s episode of RAW, Bobby Lashley defeated Randy Orton to retain the WWE Championship. Following the match, Big E. came out and cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase and defeated Lashley to capture the title.
After RAW went off the air, Big E. continued to celebrate with the fans at ringside. He was seen giving them high-fives and posing for selfies.
Despite the TD Garden Arena in Boston, MA advertising a dark match featuring Damian Priest, Randy Orton, and Riddle vs. Bobby Lashley, AJ Styles, and Omos, that never took place.
