According to a report from Fightful, many people within the wrestling industry are shocked at Zelina Vega’s WWE release. One person on the SmackDown brand said that if anyone was going to stand their ground on WWE’s new third party ban, it would have been Vega.
Several AEW Superstars are saying that Vince McMahon and WWE have “lost their minds” and didn’t realize what they had in Vega. A wrestler from Impact Wrestling noted that the company would push to get her back as she’s worked there in the past as Rosita.
