Dave Meltzer noted in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the next major independent wrestler expected to sign with WWE is Fred Yehi.
For those that don’t know Yehi, he is best known for his time in EVOLVE and Full Impact Pro Wrestling (FIP). He is currently the FIP World Heavyweight Champion. Yehi lost to T.J Perkins in a Cruiserweight Classic Qualifying Match last year.
